Refund Policy

1. Deposits & Payments

• All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your booking. This policy ensures that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

• Any remaining balance is due at the time of service.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made before 72-hours of the appointment may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future booking.

• Cancellations made within 72-hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund and may be charged an additional fee to equal 50% of services booked.

• No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the booked service.

 

3. Services Rendered

• Due to the nature of hair and makeup services, all completed services are final and non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us before leaving the appointment, and we will do our best to make adjustments.

 

4. Bridal & Special Event Refunds

• If a client or bridal party member decides to cancel their service after payment is made, refunds will not be issued. However, substitutions may be allowed if another person wants to take their place.

• If we, Locks and Lashes by Rachel, must cancel due to an emergency, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, or we will help arrange an alternative stylist/makeup artist.
